Field Hockey Alums Share Photos

MUNCIE, Ind. - Countless field hockey alumni came back to campus last weekend to cheer on the program they used to represent. Former head coach and Ball State Hall of Famer Karen Fitzpatrick was among the former Cardinals who were able to reunite and look back on the tradition of Ball State field hockey.
Current head coach Beth Maddox commented after the Saint Louis game, "It was absolutely wonderful to have the alumni here this weekend. They have been fantastic and so supportive. They are just excited to be a part of the excitement again."
Freshman Allie White (Kettering, Ohio/Farimont) also expressed her gratitude for the presence of the field hockey alums. "It was so great to have them here cheering us on," said White. "Whenever we got a penalty corner they were cheering and yelling and it really helped to pump us up. It made us want to play harder."
