Hebble Named Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention

MUNCIE, Ind. - Senior Sarah Hebble of the Ball State women's tennis team has earned Academic All-Mid-American Conference honors. The announcement was made by the league office today.
This is the first time in Hebble's career she has garnered such honors. The senior closed out her tenure at Ball State with the second best singles mark with a 20-12 overall record. Hebble also helped the Cardinals advance to the next stage of the MAC Tournament after a come from behind No. 2 doubles victory over Toledo winning the match 9-7 and then went on to win at No. 4 singles in three sets.
Nominees must have a minimum 3.20 cumulative grade point average to be eligible for the team.
