Gymnasts Honored by Mid-American Conference

Two members of the Ball State gymnastics team -- Morgan Coslow and Kayla Kmiecik -- received honorable mention on the Academic All-Mid-American Conference team.
Coslow is a junior majoring in sports administration. She owns a 3.827 cumulative grade-point average on Ball State's 4.0 scale and tallied a perfect 4.0 GPA last fall. Coslow recorded the Cardinals third best vault with a career high 9.75 at the MAC Championships plus managed a career best 9.75 on the bars in a meet at West Virginia.
Kmiecik is a senior majoring in exercise science. She owns a 3.507 grade-point average at Ball State. Kmiecik tied for first on the floor vs. Illinois State with a career high mark of 9.800. She tallied the third best Ball State mark on the bars this year with a career high tying 9.800 at West Virginia and vs. Bowling Green. Kmiecik also tied her career high with a 9.725 on the beam in 2011-12.
