Alyssa Zucaro leads the Falcons with four goals and is the only player with more than one goal ... Sarah VonderBrink has scored a goal and dished out a team-high three assists.

Forward Jasmine Moses has scored three goals this season while forward Hannah Chadick, midfielder Ellie Chadick and Midfielder Becca Sutton have each found the back of the net this season ... Defender Pavla Benyrova has scored three goals this season, including goals in the past two games ... Sutton leads the team with four assists while Cailey Starck, Benyrova and E. Chadick has handed out one helper.
Did You Know? . . .
Junior defender Brigit Reder has scored five goals this season ... Reder's five goals are already the most goals scored in a single-season by a Ball State defender ... She also is the highest-scoring defender in the MAC this season.
MAC Weekly Honors . . .
Ball State has claimed two Mid-American Conference weekly honors this season as freshman Pavla Benyrova and junior Brigit Reder have earned MAC Defensive Player of the Week honors this season ... Benyrova picked up the honors for the week of Aug. 29-Sept 4 ... She scored her first career collegiate goal in dramatic fashion against Indiana State, posting the game-winning double-overtime goal to lift the Cardinals to a 2-1 victory.
Reder, the team's captain and defensive leader, took home the honor for the week of Sept 5-11 as she scored nine points in two games and helped the Cardinals' defense hold opponents to just three goals in the tournament ... Reder became just the fourth Cardinal all-time to post a hat trick and the first Ball State defender to accomplish the feat against Lamar as all three of her goals came in the second half ... Her seven points against Lamar are a Ball State single-game record ... She opened the tournament with a goal against host Northern Arizona.
All-Tournament Honors . . .
Junior defenders Skylar Chew and Brigit Reder along with junior midfielder Maggie Brown earned All-Tournament accolades at the WKU Tournament in the first weekend of the season ... Chew and Reder led the Cardinals to a season-opening shutout while Brown scored two goals in two games to open the season.
Looking Ahead . . .
Ball State returns home to the Briner Sports Complex for four straight games after this weekend ... The Cardinals will host Akron, Ohio, Buffalo and Kent State in the two upcoming MAC weekends.
