Women's Tennis Loses At No. 45 Indiana

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Ball State University women's tennis team fell 7-0 to No. 45 Indiana Sunday. With the loss the Cardinals fall to 0-2 on the season while the Hoosiers improve to 3-0.
Ball State trailed Indiana 1-0 early on in the match after losing the doubles point. The Cardinals would then drop all six of it singles matches to the Hoosiers. Kristel Sanders did take Myriam Sopel to three sets at the No. 4 slot.
The Ball State women's tennis team will continue play on the road when it travels to IUPUI Friday for a 7 p.m. match.
