Ball State Coed Cheerleaders Compete at Nationals

Ball State's coed cheerleading squad advanced to the semifinals of the 2010 College Cheerleading National Championships at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla.
Ball State was one of seven teams to advance out of the Mid-America Region and was one of 20 teams to compete at Nationals for Division IA. The Cardinals advanced to the semifinals, but failed to make the 15-team national finals.
The Cardinals finished 13th in the nation at the 2008 National Championships. Ball State's all-girl squad finished seventh in the nation at the 2007 National Championships. In 2009, the Cardinals failed to qualify for the finals after three consecutive trips.
