Three Female Golfers in Top 10 at Indiana Open

Ball State was well represented at the PGA Indiana Women's Open at The Legends of Indiana Golf Course with three players finishing in the top 10.
K.C. Cain, a Ball State recruit who will be a freshman this fall for head coach Katherine Mowat, managed a second round 73 to finish 73-73=146 and place second. Cain lost by one stroke to Kristi Piepenbrink, who birdied the 36th hole to win the tournament with a 74-71=145
Brittany Kelly and Rachael Pruett, who will both be sophomores for Ball State this fall, both finished in the top-10. Kelly managed a 76-71=147 to tie for third, while Pruett managed a 76-77=153 to place eighth.
