NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Ball State University men's swimming and diving team is currently in 10th place at the Sun Belt/Mid-American Conference Championship after day one of competition.

The Cardinals managed a seventh place showing in the 200 free relay after the quartet of Josh Young, Austin Laska, Ben Battjes and Jacob Morris turned in a time of 1:25.86.

Caleb Bye took 8th in the 1-meter diving event with a score of 240.15 earning 11 points for the Cardinals.

Ball State men's swimming and diving continues action at the Sun Belt/MAC Championship on Friday, Feb. 29.
