Swimming & Diving Complete Day One At MAC's

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Ball State University women's swimming and diving team opened the Mid-American Conference championships today at the University of Buffalo competing in the 200 yard medley relay and the 800 free relay events.
The Cardinals took eighth place in the 200 medley relay. The foursome of Erika Paul, Lauren Harger, Maria Gramelspacher and Katie Bylsma turned in a time of 1:47.83. BSU then finished seventh over Akron in the 800 free relay. The quartet of Gramelspacher, Sarah Kehe, Addison Del Rio and Michelle Huang clocked in a 7:35.05.
The Ball State women will resume competition at the MAC's Thursday at Buffalo.
