Men's Tennis Loses At Michigan State, 7-0

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Ball State University men's tennis team fell to Big Ten foe No. 64
Michigan State 7-0 Saturday afternoon. The Cardinals fall to 3-6 on the season.
Ball State's No. 1 doubles tandem of Jose Perdomo and Jorge Rodriguez put up a good fight over the 30th ranked duo of Nick Rinks and Adam Monich losing the match 9-8 (7-5). At No. 3 Shaun Bussert and Danny Vidal competed against John Allare and John Stratton only losing their match 9-7.
Freshman Pavia lost in three sets to Rinks at No. 1 singles, 6-7, (6-8), 6-4, 1-0 (10-4). Jimmy Brannon also almost pulled off a near victory over Scott Rasmussen at No. 6 but lost 5-7, 7-6 (7-4), 1-0 (10-8).
BSU men's tennis retuns home on Saturday, Feb. 22, versus Eastern Kentucky at 3 p.m.
