Billy Riebock earned a bachelor's degree from Quincy in 2006 and a master's from Quincy in 2011.  The 2012 season was his first as a graduate assistant coach at Ball State.

From 2008-11, Riebock served as the assistant head coach/offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach at Quincy.  He spent the 2007 season as an offensive quality control coach at Indiana, and began his coaching career as the wide receivers coach at St. Francis during the 2006 campaign.

Riebock was a quarterback at Quincy and was named to the Academic All-Conference team as a senior in 2006.

Riebock was married June 23, 2012 to his wife Emina, they reside in Noblesville.
