Ball State's gymnastics team is hosting the first-ever Valentine Princess Ball Sun., Feb. 17, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Ball State Student Center Ballroom.
The event, which will include a real live Disney princess, is an enchanted evening where young ladies will be treated like royalty. This is a red carpet event for young girls -- pre-school through seventh grade -- and their special someone who is18 years or older. The evening will be complete with music, fun, dancing, dessert, juice, prizes and raffles.
There will be prizes for adults and the young ladies and a special grand prize of someone being named the "Princess of the Ball". The grand prize winner will receive a tiara, a special prize package, a $50 gift card, a photo with all of the Ball State Gymnastics Princesses and a private dance with her escort in front of the whole kingdom.
Photos will be taken at Cinderella's Castle and available after the event.
Cost of the evening is $30 for one princess and her escort, and $12 for an additional princess and $7 for a third princess. Additional escorts are welcome at $12 per person.
