"Passing the Mic" with Katie Hawkins

Ball State athletics media relations student assistant Katie Hawkins offers an insight to the Cardinals football program with a "Passing the Mic" feature on offensive line coach John Strollo.

Coach Strollo is in his first season at Ball State after spending from 2008-10 as an assistant coach at Elon.  He coached the offensive line under the direction of Ball State head coach Pete Lembo at Elon in 2009 and 2010 after coaching the tight ends in 2008.

Prior to Elon, Strollo was an assistant at Duke, Maine, Cornell, Lafayette, Massachusetts, Northeastern and Washburn.  He served as offensive coordinator at Cornell and Northeastern.

Strollo is a 1976 graduate of Boston College and earned his master's at Springfield in 1986.
