MUNCIE, Ind. -- Head coach Craig Roberts and the Ball State soccer program will hold their 2012 College I.D. Camp for future college student-athletes Nov. 11 at the Briner Sports Complex.
The camp is open to high school female athletes (grades 9-12) who are interested in playing college soccer.
The camp will include hands-on coaching with Roberts and assistant coach Marcie Klebanow, speed training and a college recruiting presentation. The experience will provide future student-athletes with insight to understand what it is like to play at Ball state and at the Division I level.
The camp will begin with Session I at 9:45 a.m. at the Briner Sports Complex and campers are asked to arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. Lunch is scheduled for Noon (campers bring their own). The college recruiting presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m., followed by Session II at 1 p.m. The camp will come to a close at 2:30 p.m.
The cost of the camp is $45. Campers will need to bring shin guards, socks, a ball (with your name on it), indoor and outdoor shoes and a water bottle. Water and Gatorade will be provided. In the event of inclement weather, the camp will move to the Field Sports Building adjacent to Worthen Arena.
