2014 (R-Jr.): Earned third letter at Ball State … First Team All-Mid-American Conference … played in all 30 matches, earning 27 starts … saw action in 109 of a possible 119 sets … smashed double-digit kills in 15 matches, including a career-high 17 to help guide the Cardinals to a win versus Eastern Michigan (Oct. 3) … added 16 kills versus Western Michigan (Nov. 1) and 15 at Buffalo (Oct. 11) … recorded at least one kill in all 30 matches … hit a career-best .643 (11-2-14) at Northern Illinois (Sept. 27), while registering above a .300 percentage in 16 contests … ranked ninth in the MAC in league-only matches with a .324 hitting percentage … her .291 attack percentage for the year ranked second on the team and just outside the top 10 in the league rankings … tallied 64 total blocks on the year, with eight solo and 56 assists … collected a season-high six total block at Buffalo, while adding five on two occasions; at Central Michigan (Oct. 4) and versus Northern Illinois (Oct. 31) … recorded at least one block in 25 matches, with three-or-more on 11 occasions … named the Most Valuable Performer of the Ball State Active Ankle Challenge.
2013 (R-So.): Earned second letter at Ball State … played in 21 matches, earning six starts, to help Ball State claim a share of the Mid-American Conference West Division title … saw action in 49 of a possible 116 sets … smashed a season-high 11 kills versus IPFW (Sept. 4) and added 10 kills versus Western Illinois (Sept. 13), her first two career matches with double-digit kills … blasted at least one kill in 18 matches … collected a season-best three total blocks in three matches, while adding a season-best two solo blocks at Kent State (Oct. 19) … scored at least one block in 10 matches … recorded a career-best three digs in two matches; versus IPFW and vs. Drake (Sept. 14) … hit a career-best .312 (8-3-16) versus The Citadel (Aug. 31) to open the season.
2012 (R-Fr.): Earned first letter at Ball State … played in 12 matches, starting each of the final four … blasted a season-best seven kills at Central Michigan (Nov. 10) and tied the mark in the season finale versus Xavier (Nov. 24) … also hit a season-best .211 (7-3-19) versus the Musketeers while adding a pair of digs … posted a career-high seven block assists at CMU, while collecting a career-best three solo blocks at Miami (Oct. 20) … recorded at least three total blocks in six matches.
2011: Sat out the season at a redshirt.
PREP CAREER: Earned four letters at Kokomo High School for Coach Jason Watson . . . First Team All-North Central Conference accolades as a senior after blasting 437 kills, while adding 229 digs and 93 blocks . . . Kokomo's Most Valuable Player as a senior . . . finished her career as the schools' all-time leader in kills (1,299) and blocks (386) . . . garnered First Team All-NCC accolades as a sophomore and junior, while picking up the team's MVP award as a junior . . . also played three seasons of club volleyball for Munciana . . . In addition to volleyball, Hopkins was a four-year letterwinner for the Kokomo girls basketball team . . . A four-time First Team All-NCC selection, Hopkins helped guide the Wildkats to a 2008 IHSAA Sectional Championship, as well as a pair of NCC Championships (2008 & 2010) . . .
