Blake Beemer managed two hits in four at-bats with one RBI and scored three runs from the leadoff spot in the batting order.

Kyle Raleigh suffered the loss, pitching 2.1 innings and allowing four earned runs, while striking out three.

Ball State used six pitchers in the contest -- its fourth game in three days.  Matt Johnsen pitched two innings, allowing no earned runs and striking out three.
