THE BSU RECORD BOOKS: Holds the program records in the 100 back (55.79), the 200 back (2:00.91) and in the 400 IM (4:20.22) from the 2011 MAC Championships. At the 2012 MAC Championships, she set school records in the 100 fly (54.35), 200 fly (2:01.08) and200 IM (2:03.13). A member of the 2012 200 medley relay team that set a school record of 1:42.18 in the MAC Championships.

2011-12: Earned her second letter at Ball State ... named to the Academic All-MAC team and All-MAC Second Team ... set school records at the MAC Championships in the 100 fly (54.35 - bronze medal), 200 fly (2:01.08) and 200 IM (2:03.13) ... a member of the 200 medley relay team that set a school record at the MAC Championships with a time of 1:42.18, she had a 26.09 split in that race ... turned in season-best times of 1:02.62 in the 100 back at Evansville (Oct. 22), 4:43.04 in the 400 IM at the Doug Coers Invitational (Nov. 19) and 2:06.95 in the 200 back vs. Michigan State (Dec. 10) ... participated in the 400 medley relay turning in a season-best split of 58.53.

2010-11: Earned her first letter at Ball State … earned the team’s Outstanding Freshman award and Second Team All-MAC honors … recorded BSU career-bests of 55.79 in the 100 back, 2:00.91 in the 200 back and 4:20.22 in the 400 IM at the MAC Championships (Feb. 23), 2:36.49 in the 200 breast at Eastern Illinois (Oct. 24), 58.73 in the 100 fly at House of Champions (Nov. 12), 2:10.43 in the 200 fly at the Butler Invitational (Jan. 23) and 2:11.83 in the 200 IM at Eastern Michigan (Oct. 30).

HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Matt Widolff and Alyssa Spinner at Southridge High School … four-year letterwinner in swimming … four-time state qualifier in the 100 back and a three-time qualifier in the 200 IM … placed seventh at the state meet in both events her sophomore season … placed sixth in the 100 back (56.64) and 11th in the 100 fly (57.04) at the 2010 state meet … two-time team captain … three-time team MVP … school record-holder in five events …  also owns the Pocket Athletic Conference and sectional record in the 200 individual medley … had a very successful club career for the Southridge Aquatic Raider Gators, including earning All-America status in the 100 back … 33-time medalist in Age Group Swimming …  qualified for both the junior and senior nationals (short course) in the back … in March of 2008, she placed third in the Indiana Senior State Championships in the 100 back … also swam in the Mutual of Omaha Grand Prix Meet in June of 2008.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Steve and Jill Miles … has one sister, Taylor … born Sept. 21, 1991, in Evansville, Ind. … majoring in exercise science.
