Fall Season Underway for Menís Golf Team

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Ball State men's golf team started its fall season with a one-day, 36-hole competition Sunday at Notre Dame.

McCormick Clouser and Derek Kundenreich finished at 2 over par for the day to lead the Cardinals in the Notre Dame Kickoff Challenge, a tri-meet at Warren Golf Course.

Ball State finished third as a team with a final score of 586 (293-293) on the par-71 layout. Notre Dame won the event at 7-under par 561 (281-280), while IUPUI was second at 580 (286-294).

Clouser and Kundenreich, who played as an individual, tied for fifth place.
