Scouting Ball State: The Cardinals return to Muncie Sunday for their Think Pink game to raise awareness for breast cancer. Ball State enters Sunday's game with an overall mark of 8-17 and a Mid-American Conference record of 3-9. The Cardinals recently suffered a 58-44 setback at Northern Illinois where sophomore guard Brandy Woody had a team high, 13-points that game. Sophomore forward Jazmin Hitchens leads the squad in scoring with 9.2 points per contest while senior forward Suzanne Grossnickle owns the glass as she pulls down 4.3 rebounds per game.
Scouting Central Michigan: The Chippewas come to Ball State Sunday with an overall record of 13-13 and a 5-7 Mid-American Conference mark. Central Michigan has lost four out of its last five games including its last game when the Chippewas fell to Toledo, 80-62 Wednesday. Brandie Baker led Central Michigan in scoring that game with 13-points. For the season Crystal Bradford is the top scorer with 14.1 points per game while Jessica Green is averaging 12.0 ppg. In the rebounding category, Bradford is the top rebounder with 7.9 boards a contest while teammate Jas'Mine Bracey pulls down 7.0 rebounds per game.
