Craft joins the recruiting class of Jazmin Hitchens, Jordan Huber, Katie Murphy and Brandy Woody who signed during the early signing period back in November.
"We are excited to announce the addition of Megan Craft to our Ball State University women's basketball program," said Packard. "Megan brings experience and leadership to our perimeter game. Her strength is her efficiency in the management of the basketball, and her overall ability to allow her leadership to provide on-court structure and confidence. Megan will represent our program well as both a student and an athlete."
Craft, a 5-4 guard from Terre Haute, Ind., averaged 9.7 points per game and 6.2 assists per game (8th in the nation) last season at Vincennes University. She owned a 51 percent field goal mark from the three point arc. Craft's 3-point field goal percentage was ranked third in the nation. She also ranked ninth in the nation in free throw percentage at 84 percent. At the culmination of the 2009-2010 season, Craft was named All-American Honorable Mention.
