Played in 47 games with 43 starts to earn his third letter . . . started 31 games in left field but also earned starts in right field, at first base and as the team’s designated hitter . . . recorded three home runs and 19 RBI . . . drew 22 walks while striking out just 18 times in 188 plate appearances . . . logged a season-high three hits, including a home run, at Austin Peay (March 2) . . . also homered at Ohio (April 6) and Western Michigan (April 27) . . . logged a season-best two RBI on five occassions . . . earned a spot on the preseason Brooks Wallace Award watch list.
