MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Ball State women' golf team continues its spring season Friday and Saturday at Eastern Kentucky's Colonel Classic.
Arlington Golf Club in Richmond, Ky., is the site of the 54-hole tournament, which features two rounds of play Friday and the final round Saturday. The action is scheduled to begin both days at 8:30 a.m., and live scoring is available at golfstat.com.
The Cardinals are competing in a 14-team field that includes four other Mid-American Conference programs: Bowling Green, Akron, Ohio and Toledo.
The other teams at the tournament, in addition to host Eastern Kentucky, are Austin Peay, Chicago State, Cleveland State, Dayton, Morehead State, Northern Kentucky, Western Kentucky and the University of the Cumberlands.
Ball State, which has three tournament titles to its credit this year, is looking to bounce back from a 13th-place showing in its most recent action at the UALR Women's Golf Classic.
