Ball State's baseball game scheduled for Wednesday vs. Butler at Ball Diamond in Muncie, Ind., has been cancelled due to weather.

The Cardinals are scheduled to host Akron for the start of Mid-American Conference play Friday through Sunday at Ball Diamond.

Ball State and Akron are scheduled for a 3 p.m. game Friday, a 1 p.m. game Saturday and a 1 p.m. game Sunday.

Admission to all Ball State baseball games are free of charge.
