Softball Holds First Team Practice Of 2013

MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Ball State softball team ramped up preparation for its 2013 season opener versus in-state rival IUPUI (Feb. 16) at the KSU Classic by holding its first team practice Sunday morning at the BSU Recreation Center and Field Sports Building.
The Cardinals, the defending Mid-American Conference regular season champions, and Jaguars will square off at 10:30 a.m. at the tournament hosted by Kennesaw State in Woodstock, Ga.
Ball State will also battle UT-Martin at 1 pm Saturday, Feb. 16, while playing both Tennessee Tech (10:30 a.m.) and Eastern Kentucky (1 p.m.) Sunday, Feb 17.
