Ball State's women's gymnastics team, under the direction of head coach Nadalie Walsh, is hosting a Red and White Meet Friday at 6 p.m. in Irving Gym in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
Allen has qualified for the NCAA Central Regional in 2011 and 2012 in the all-around. She was named to the All-Mid-American Conference Second Team in 2012 after earning first-team honors in 2011.
Brodbeck competed at the 2010 NCAA Central Regional, but was limited in competition the last two seasons due to injuries. She managed a season high 9.600 on the vault at last year's MAC Championships after competing in only one meet during the regular season.
Coslow managed a career high 9.75 on the bars in a meet at West Virginia last season and had Ball State's third best vault with a career high 9.75 at the 2012 MAC Championships.
Emmons, who missed the 2012 season due to injury, was a All-MAC Second Team choice in 2010 and 2011. She competed in the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Central Regional in the all-around and was ranked as high as 50th in the nation in the floor in 2011.
Wehrle tied for the team's second best score on the balance beam with a 9.750 vs. Eastern Michigan last season. She managed a career-high tying 9.750 on the floor vs. Bowling Green last year.
Ball State's gymnastics team will open the regular season Jan. 4, at Florida and Jan. 11 at Iowa, before hosting Central Michigan Jan. 18 in its Cardinal Varsity Club Night meet in the home opener at 7 p.m.
