Ball State's football team spent the summer of 2012 under the direction of the Cardinals strength and conditioning staff in preparation for Thursday's opener.

Football strength and conditioning coordinator David Feeley worked with the football student-athletes all summer to get them ready for the 2012 season.  In addition, the team spent alot of hours together bonding and building team unity.

The attached video by Ball State Sports Link is a feature on how the Cardinals were able to get bigger, stronger and faster for the 2012 season.

Ball State opens the season Thursday with a 7 p.m. contest at Scheumann Stadium against Mid-American Conference rival Eastern Michigan.
