NOTES:  Played linebacker at Ohio Dominican from 2004-2008 . . . Served as a graduate assistant and defensive line coach at Defiance College from 2008-2010 . . . Before his arrival at Ball State Dougherty coached the linebackers and was special teams coordinator along with coordinating the academic monitoring program at Lindsey Wilson College from 2010-2012.
