MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University women's tennis team will travel to Marquette Friday for a 5 p.m. (EST) match with the Golden Eagles and then face UW-Milwaukee Saturday at 6 p.m. (EST).
The two teams will play three doubles and six singles matches each day. The Cardinals have started off the season with a 4-3 record, while Marquette enters Friday's match with a 4-1 mark. On Saturday the Cardinals face UW-Milwaukee and they own a 5-3 record.
"Excited for the opportunity to play Marquette and UWM this weekend," said Ball State head women's tennis coach Christine Bader. "This will be a great weekend to kick off the next month and a half where we will be on the road for our weekend matches. Team is improving with each match and this weekend we will be tested to see if we can rise to the challenge."
The Ball State women's tennis team continues its nine-match roadswing at Butler, Wednesday in Indianapolis. The match is set to begin at 3 p.m.
