Ball State football student-athletes find some time to relax and Joel Godett follows them on a fishing trip in Muncie, Ind.

The teammates were all levels of fishermen and took the time to enjoy each other during some well-deserved free time.

The Cardinals give some tips and learn a few things at the watering hole as they continue preparations for the 2014 season.

Ball State opens the season Aug. 30, in a home game vs. Colgate at Scheumann Stadium.
