PARKING AND ROAD CLOSURES
Parking is available at the following lots
--> East side of Tillostson (Donor Lots)
o White Lot
o Gold Lot
o Cardinal Lot
--> West side of Tillotson
o $5.00 Lot
o $20.00 Oversized Vehicles/Baseball Lot
o RV’s, buses, oversized vehicles and vehicles pulling large grills will be assigned to this lot
o One vehicle per parking space
o For those 21 an older, responsible alcohol is permitted in designated locations and all individuals must present identification to appropriate law enforcement or university personnel when request to do so
o All beverages should be in aluminum cans, plastic bottles, or paper or plastic cups. Glass containers are not permitted
o Kegs or hard liquor are NOT permitted
o Drinking games and drinking apparatuses are NOT permitted
o Couches and other indoor furniture are prohibited
o RV’s, buses, oversized vehicles and vehicles pulling large grills will be assigned to a parking site in the baseball parking lot
o Trash receptacles will be place throughout the tailgate area for both garbage and recyclables
o Portable restroom facilities are available in the tailgate area
o Tents measuring large than 10 X 10 are NOT permitted
o The tailgating area will be cleared 15 minutes prior to the start of the game, all activities must cease at that time
CARDINAL WALK (presented by Muncie Auto Group)
The Ball State football team will arrive 2 hours prior to kickoff via bus on Tillotson Avenue. The Pride of the Mid-America Ball State Marching Band, cheerleaders, code red and Charlie Cardinal will lead team from bus to locker room facility. Fans are encouraged to cheer on the Cardinals as they walk to the Fisher Training Complex.
Located in the west lawn of the Alumni Center, Charlie Town features live broadcasts from WLBC 104.1 FM, BLAKE FM, Muncie’s Sports Station and Ball State Sports Link as well as on-site activation from Official Corporate Partners. More highlights of Charlie Town include food and beverages at the Chirp ‘n’ Grill tailgate, a family fun zone, and music. Festivities will being two hours before kickoff at every home football game. Accessible seating is readily available throughout Scheumann Stadium. Please see a member of the Scheumann Stadium event staff after arriving at the stadium.

Spectators are not allowed on the field any time. Fans are also prohibited from throwing items onto the field. Such behavior will result in removal from the stadium.
Ball State reserves the right to remove from individuals whose behavior disrupts players, coaches, officials or other fans. No refunds will be given in these cases.
Concession stands are conveniently located throughout the stadium by gates 1, 2, & 3 as well as both east and west entrances to the general admission seating on the hill. The concession stands feature Pepsi products, Papa John’s Pizza, and Fisher Meats’ BBQ, hot dogs, and hamburgers.
EMERGENCIES AND FIRST AID
First Aid is available from on-site EMTs. If medical emergencies occur during the game, please contact the on-site security staff.
An elevator to access club, suite and press box levels is located on the concourse between gates two and three on the west side of the stadium.
Fan safety is always the top priority for the Ball State Athletics and is of the utmost importance for all game day staff on campus and at Scheumann Stadium.
Should you or another guest need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest game day staff member or security personnel.
Gates open 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Fans may enter through Gates 1-4. Students may enter through Gate 5 on the southeast side of Scheumann Stadium. Click here for information about Ball State Student Rewards.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost items should be turned into a Scheumann Stadium event staff member.
Ball State merchandise is available from the Ball State Bookstore inside Gate 1. Merchandise is also available online at BallStateGear.com.
OPEN CONTAINER LAW
It is prohibited to consume or possess any alcoholic beverage in an open container on any public street, sidewalk, public parking facility or private property when the owner has not given consent to consume alcohol or have an open container on the property. The law includes consuming or possessing alcoholic beverages in or around Scheumann Stadium. Violators are subject to a civil citation.
Certain items are prohibited inside Scheumann Stadium. This list includes artificial noisemakers such as cowbells, airhorns, umbrellas, etc.; any outside food or drink, including alcoholic beverages, cans or coolers; and animals or pets (excluding service animals).
Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season ticket privileges.
Standing on seats/bleachers, and throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the field, is also prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify the nearest law enforcement officer.
NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
Students involved in prohibitive or disruptive behavior will also be subject to disciplinary action through the Dean of Students Office and Ball State Student Code of Conduct. Students enjoy the rights and privileges that they gain as a member of the university community and are subject to the responsibilities which accompany that membership.
Ball State Athletics reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if in the sole opinion of the security personnel his or her conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, or fans. Ball State Athletics thanks you for your support.
Official programs are distributed free of charge at Gates 1-4.
Fans are not permitted to leave and re-enter Scheumann Stadium once their game ticket has been scanned.
Restrooms can be found in the northeast and northwest corners of the stadium on either side of the hill, on the concourse under the west side grandstand or behind the east bleachers.
Signs are permitted inside Scheumann Stadium, provided they are no larger than a standard piece of poster board and are in good taste.
Ball State University is a Tobacco Free Campus, which includes the ban of electronic cigarettes. This policy is in effect at all Ball State Athletic facilities, including Scheumann Stadium. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy.
Game day Staff will be monitoring for those in violation and request such action be ceased. Violators are subject to ejection.
The Mid-American Conference and its member institutions promote good sportsmanship by their student athlete, coaches and fans. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, players, coaches, or team representative will no be tolerated and is cause for removal of Scheumann Stadium
