2013 FIELD HOCKEY: Saw action in all 18 games, earning 15 starts … named the Mid-American Conference Rookie of the Year and to the All-MAC Second Team … lead the team in scoring with 14 points, including a team-best seven goals … netted her first collegiate goal in the season opener at James Madison (Sept. 1) ... scored a season-high two goals at Saint Louis (Sept. 22) ... recorded her first game-winning goal at Lindenwood (Sept. 21) ... also had a game-winning goal versus UC Davis (Sept. 24) ... took a season-high six shots versus Appalachian State (Sept. 2) ... had 28 shots on the season, 18 of which were on goal, for a .643 shot on goal percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in track & field at Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School … earned all-state honors as a junior and senior … two-time CNY All-Star and three-time Tri-Valley All-Star … team Most Valuable performer all three seasons, while being named the team captain her junior and senior years … voted as Vernon-Verona-Sherrill’s Junior and Senior Athlete of the Year … holds four school records; 100m dash (12.45), 200m dash (25.67), long jump (18’-8.5”) and as a member of the 4x100m relay … placed third in the long jump and fifth in the 100m dash at the 2013 New York State High School Championships … won Section 3 titles in the 100m dash (12.45), 200m dash (25.67) and long jump (18’-8.5) her senior season … also placed fifth in the 100m dash at the 2012 NYSHS Championships … also earned four letters in field hockey at Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School … netted 16 goals and had seven assists as a senior to help guide her team to a 14-3 record ... was a Section 3 All-Star, Vernon-Verona-Sherrill
Player of the Year, Mohawk Valley Player of the Year, Oneida Daily Dispatch Player of the Week as a senior and was named to the First Team All-State and Tri-Valley League All-Star team ... played for the Southern Tier Storm club team for coaches Stephanie Collins and Michael Young as a forward and midfielder ... was selected to the Future National Tournament in 2011 and 2012, and her team was a two-time Limelight Tournament champion, Camden Tournament champion and Hamilton College champion.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Terrance and Brenda Kavanaugh ... has one brother, Dylan, who currently wrestles at the University of Indianapolis … her mother was a gymnast for Utah State University, while her father played football at Brockport State College … full name is Alexis Carr Kavanaugh … born May 2, 1995 in Utica, N.Y. … majoring in sports nutrition.
